Processing Time

Shipping Methods
We offer express shipping (additional charges apply) and standard shipping (free of cost) for orders PAN India.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering means you are securing a product before it becomes available to the public at large.
- The estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the product page.
- You can cancel or request a refund for your pre-order any time before the item is shipped.
- Once shipped, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
Estimated Delivery Time
The below delivery time shall be applicable after processing time.
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location or external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the journey of your piece right to your doorstep.
Working Days
Shipping estimates are based on business days only. This excludes:
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- National holidays
- State emergencies and non-working days

To ensure smooth delivery:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
